It’s almost here!

 The World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest presented by Cotton Holdings. The only way to get into the Texas Social Club tent is with an invitation through a donorship. We have limited donor slots for the Texas Social Club tent, so securing your spot early is essential. All donor funds must be received by January 17th  to confirm your slot; late payments will result in forfeiture to potential new donors. With last year’s donorships sold out and a waiting list, prompt payment is crucial. Package details are available below.

Event Details:

The Texas Social Club's infamous Black Tent & Party area continues to expand each year, featuring an upgraded open bar with an extended drink selection, two 300+ pound whole hogs smoked each night, and award-winning cuisine of sides and extras. Thursday night, enjoy offerings from B & B Butchers & Restaurant, including desserts, hors d'oeuvres, and truffle macaroni and cheese.

Live entertainment by The Emotions will perform all three nights, making each evening unforgettable.

The party runs from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with dinner served from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Our tent is conveniently located at the Northeast corner of the lot, near the entrance gate of Committee Street & Chisholm Trail.

Entry Guidelines:

To ensure we maintain an exclusive and enjoyable atmosphere, badges are good for one entry per night whereas, invitations are specific to Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night entry only. This allows us to manage capacity and ensure our guests have the best experience—no long lines like other tents.

• Donor Badge: Grants one person access each of the three nights (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
• Regular Invitation: Valid for one person on the designated night (either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday).

If you would prefer to exchange your donor badges for individual invitations, just let us know, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.  But no individual tickets will be sold, only donorship packages.
